Several of our mobile applications are designed to work entirely on your device, without an account. For these products, your data — records, photos, journals, and history — is stored locally on your phone and is never transmitted to our servers. We cannot access it, and it is deleted when you delete the app or its data.

Where a product offers optional backup or sync, this is clearly labeled in the app, and data is transferred only when you initiate it.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to communicate with you about our products; to respond to your inquiries; and to comply with legal obligations. For products with AI-powered features, we process your inputs to deliver those features — such as content generation, brand asset creation, and the other AI features you choose to use.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services may use third-party AI providers, cloud infrastructure, and payment processors (such as Stripe) to deliver our products. We carefully select partners who maintain high standards of data protection, and we share only what is necessary to provide the service. Because our company is based in the United States while our team and some of our service providers operate from other countries, your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a product involves family content (such as archiving children's artwork), accounts are held and controlled by parents or guardians only, and no content is ever public.
