Some products include AI-powered features whose outputs are generated automatically and may require your review before use. Products marked as in development may change substantially or be discontinued before release.

Some services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into these Terms. Several of our applications work without any account; no registration is required to use them.

You agree not to misuse our services — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, using them to violate the rights of others, or using AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Paid services are billed as described at the point of purchase. Prices are displayed transparently before you pay, and payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or the relevant app store.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Unless otherwise stated for a specific product or required by an app store's policies, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchases — contact info@quneticlabs.com and we will process the refund.

Our services, including software, design, branding, and content we create, are owned by QuneticLabs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our services except as permitted by law.

You retain ownership of content you create with or upload to our services, including content generated with AI features at your direction. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — such as storing and processing your content to provide the features you use. We do not claim ownership of your work and do not use your private content to train models.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Informational content in our products — including health, safety, or ingredient information — is provided for general guidance only and is not professional, medical, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuneticLabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. QuneticLabs LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company; although our team may operate from various countries, the company and these Terms are governed by Wyoming law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
